What was your "aha" moment when you started your weightloss

Hi friends, I'm having a hard time sticking with this diet plan. I've lost weight before years ago, and just can't seem to stay motivated this time. Want to loose 20 lbs. I lost 45 lbs about 5 years ago after having my third child. Back then I had a dr appt where my blood pressure was high. That was my "moment" -if you will to make the change. Haven't seemed to find it yet. Big lifestyle change for me working full time as opposed to being a Stay at home mom back then.
Please share your thoughts and experiences. I'm curious.

When I had to buy a size 42 pants and couldn't walk up 2 flights of stairs without having to sit down after.
I'm down almost 20lbs and in 38s now.0
