Sounds so easy...but it's SO HARD!!!!!!

Sitting here, sweating like I've been running for my life...

Today I started a new regiment; interval training on my full body stationary bike. 10 seconds of INTENSE peddling&arms finished with 10 seconds of super easy/ultra relaxed pedalling and upper arms work, followed by 10 more seconds of intense & the light/easy for 10 seconds. Doing this for 10 little ole minutes, doing this twice per day for 3 days per week--Sounds easy, right?!?

WRONG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I didn't make it :blushing: :brokenheart: :embarassed: :grumble:

I only got to 6 minutes and 40 seconds before I QUIT!!!!!

Why am I posting on the success stories then, huh????

Because, I'm going to try it again tonight and tomorrow and again and again until I can do it--but...

    You did amazing :D There is no way I would be able to do that for 6 mins, I would have given up after 30 seconds.

    I KNOW that is AMAZING! It is soooo DIFFICULT to push flesh down where it belongs. Struggles make us who we are...and for you it makes you the BEST example of success! I thank God for people like you who show us that with effort {A LOT of effort} WE CAN DO IT! :drinker: So with that, dear friend...I take my hat off to you! {if I were wearing one...wait!     Never heard of this "hiit" training before, and had to google it. All I know is I felt "Led" to start doing this, from The Lord, He told me to do begin doing this starting today (a new regiment to help me reach my goal:heart: )-- and didn't know it had an official name:laugh: I just took a peek at the page for a second, but will be glad to look deeper into it.What I see so far is 30 seconds and more:noway: ...:laugh: and higher--thank GOD I'm just going to do 10 seconds. for 10 minutes And honey, :embarassed: those 10 seconds intense and 10 seconds relaxed for the 6 minutes and 40 seconds I did it left me sweating so profusely, I had to STOP:blushing: and was STILL sweating 10 minutes or so AFTER I was done.

    Thank you for posting and letting me know about this HIIT stuff!!!!! :flowerforyou:
