I have a problem with always trying new workouts.
--I love Turbo Fire and was following that schedule religiously until a couple of weeks ago when my DVD player broke (I have fixed it since).
--I just purchased a new Wii game which I love and has a 21-day schedule (each "class" is 20-25 minutes).
--I begged for a punching bag for two years and got one this past Christmas and have only used it a handful of times. This is supposed to be a great workout so I'd like to fit it in.
--I have a wedding to go to in April and planned on starting the 30 day shred next week.
--And now that its getting warmer I would like to start running outside.
Any ideas on how I can get myself on a schedule? I really dont want to give up Turbo Fire but I dont have the time to do that for an hour a day plus these other things.

Mix and match, on day one you do turbo fire, day two you do wii, day three you run, so on and so forth.0

Well the problem is with the Wii it has a set schedule so I'd really like to stick to it. It has 3 rest days a week so I try to do other things at least 2 of those rest days.0
