I started MFP february 2 of this year..I went from doing nothing but eating, sleeping, and doing housework to working out almost an hour everyday. (I had to build up to that, btw) Still have a ways to go but seeing all the other progress pics helps motivate me so here's hoping mine will do the same for someone else

How have you managed to lose that much weight since Feb. 2? I only ask because I started logging in the middle of January and I've only lost 6 lbs! I'd love to know what you're doing?0

I just found out about this site on Friday and I really like it but as someone who has tried every diet imaginable , I was skeptical that just tracking calories in and caloried burned would yield results. But I've seen some great success stories on here and am hoping I have good results too.
I love the site, the fact that it does all the calculations for you and of course the fact that it's free!

Thanks so much everyone!! Your comments help me to keep plugging along and to not give up! I am almost always under my calorie goal for the day and water, water, water, lol! That was part of my problem before, I was hooked on soda..drinking like 2 or 3 a DAY! So now sodas gone, excercise is way up and I feel SO much better :bigsmile:0
