Oatmeal...

Guys out there who bulk / adding size.
I make my protein smoothies with different berries, yogurt, juice and granola. I was thinking to subbing out the granola for raw oatmeal. Has anyone ever done so and if so does the nutritional value change any for the raw oatmeal compared to cooked. I want to try to shave off some carbs and this looks like a good spot to do so and using milk instead of juice. Any thoughts guys?

I eat raw oats all the time, either in yogurt or a shake. The nutrition value doesn't change whether they're cooked or not. I've never met a juice that was good for you (too much sugar). An alternative to regular milk is almond milk. Almond milk is GREAT in shakes.0
