I am in Fort Mill,SC and teach 2nd grade and have 2 boys, 3 & 5 and still need to loose that nagging baby weight ! 10 pounds from each child!

    Thanks I am going to give it my all and I really want to get in a good routine with exercise and would love some tips that are working for everyone!!My husband is stick thin and can't gain weight! UGH!
