Pilates/Yoga and Overweight

Hey there! I've started doing pilates and yoga, but being very overweight I find it difficult to do a lot of the moves because my belly tends to get in the way.

I don't want to hurt myself doing anything improperly. Any advice?

I mostly find workout videos on Netflix, most of those tend to have models doing three different levels and I stick to the lowest/beginner moves. If anyone has specific recommendations for pilates or yoga workouts designed for larger body types, I'd love to know what they are.
