Anyone familiar with the Jackie Warner DVDs? Just wondering what catagory her stuff would count under. It's strength training but the heart get pumping too and I get winded. Is it Circut training? Strength training? Calisthenics light/mod? or Calisthenics vigorous? I'm just not sure what to put it under. There is a HUGE gap in calories burned between moderate and vigorous exercise on this site too.

    In case anyone was wondering about Jackie Warner workouts-

    Jackie workouts are combo moves where you work your upper and lower body at the same time. Lunges with bicep curls, squats with triceps, planks, and push-ups so your heart gets pumping. Just wasn't sure what to log it under. :ohwell:
