A stuffed pepper, leftover from dinner yesterday. They're actually really easy to make but I make 'em in the crock pot so they take a few hours.0

I had some lean beef shish kabobs, with roasted broccoli and mushrooms, and a baked potatoe. All in all, it was about 300 calories, which isn't bad for a dinner!0

I've just made a salad: mixed baby greens, romaine, tomatoes, carrots, two hard-boiled eggs, half an avocado, and two dolmas (stuffed grape leaves) on the side.
For dessert, plain Greek yogurt and fruit (haven't yet decided between an apple or strawberries).0 -
italian pasta salad. Whole wheat rotini, fat free italian dressing, sundried tomato, chick peas, goat cheese and artichoke. It's amazing!0
