Do I need to eat the calories back? I am full today. And I have a hard time eating all my calories. Something that is easy when you choose healthy food. My Diary is open feel free to take a peak

Personally I think you should. Keep in mind that those 519 cal are all your body has to run on today. I try to eat the exercise calories back, leaving 100-200 for inaccuracies in exercise counting (machines tend to overestimate).
If you feel full, drink something besides water or eat calorie-dense foods like nuts. Or chocolate
Also, this is a huge debate on MFP. Prepare to get people arguing both sides on your thread.0 -
do you know what organ need 600 calories a day to fonction?
Your brain.....
You didn´t eat enought today to take care of that and we are not even talking about all your other systems. If you can´t eat more, i would add full fat milk, nuts, and oils0 -
I did great until I exercised lol So I think I will have another bowl of chili with cheese :-) I think today was bad because I drank so much water that it has kept me feeling full today0
