One day at 330 cals isn't gonna hurt right?

Okay so it's quarter past 11 at night here. I've eaten a rather uninspiring diet of omelette, protein shake, protein bar and mango today. That's all due to working a 13 hour today. My fitbit has just sent an adjustment of -897 cals for exercise. That leaves me at 330 net today.
I'm not hungry. One day at this low of calories isn't going to hurt right?

One day, no. Just don't make it a habit.0

No way.
I mean, you might not want to run a marathon first thing in the morning.....0 -

Fortunately I have a day of sitting on my bum tomorrow. I love days off.0 -
I agree, I wouldn't make it a habit, but one day won't kill you if you're legitimately not at all hungry. Just have a nice breakfast tomorrow!0

you might be very hungry tomorrow. I say you can transfer those calories if you need them0

Usually when this happens to me I am then hungrier the next day so now you just know you have some cals you can use.0 -
Yeah, one day, no issue -- plus if you're hungry the next day (I usually am) you can top off guilt-free.0
