I made some Albondigas (Mexican meatball soup from lean ground turkey) and added some veggies: tomatoes, cabbage, zucchini, potatoes, onions and spices. It's been cold here in Cali over the weekend, so I felt soup would help.

Mini taco bowls.....313 calories for two including sour cream. First time making them, hope they turn out yummy!! Still got a couple hours till dinner!!
I just looked this up because it sounded awesome. YUMMY! I am doing this for sure. I found a link on Emily Bites and pinned it to my Recipe board on Pinterest, lol Thanks for the idea! And I also thought I could make the same thing making them inside the muffin tins and using two wonton wrappers as the base. Great idea, thanks again for posting!0 -
Trying out the Biggest Loser cookbook I've had for a year or two but never used. I made the sweet and sour chicken with brown rice and green beans. Both grown ups and kids liked it!0
