    Yep! If we have a particularly... enthusiastic, long term romp I totally count it! The daily stuff not so much. But when I get a workout, you bet I count it! (I list it under calisthenics LOL) =D

    I have always thought they needed to put it in the exercise in some way. I joke with a friend about it. I usually only count my actual exercise and the normal daily sex I just get as a bonus and don't count. Now if it's real intense and lots of sweat is formed, I use that instead of some of my exercises LOL
