Hi! I'm doing the 6 week BB program and though I'd post to say I got amazing results the first week! Pics are in my profile for day 1 and day 8!

Holy cow nice results, I'm waiting for mine in the mail, saw someone else get awesome results too. Are the exercises hard, can you incorporate them into a regular routine or just do the program as a workout for that day?0

It's hard, no doubt, but it doesn't take long and it's your only workout for the day. You can totally do the moves on your own without the dvd, but I love the trainer & find her super motivating and funny

I started it when it was ON DEMAND for Comcast but stopped...ugh I never should have and now that it's off Comcast...argh! Your results is going to send me straight into ordering it. Keep up the great work!0

Pain T_T the workout is super hard for my well at least the part where she is having you lift your leg out from the side on the ground it was painful lol and sad0

Ugh. That move is so hard! Keep trying though! It seriously gets easier within a week. Not easy, but less painful and sad, lol. I totally recognize that feeling. ... "You want me to lift WHAT?"0
