    havent been taking many pics lately but went out this past weekend. side by side with the picture that made me want to lose weight in the first place. 30 more pounds to go!

      That is great! What advice do you have for a busy mom that does not put herself first? Is it the combo of exercise and healthy eating? No brainer I know...but how much exercise and what's your best advice for food based on your success? Winter slowed me down and I'm trying to get my game back on.
