Hey yall, so i started this journey on 8/25/2011, and i weighed 224.8. I'm fun-size so every pound was noticeable. I remember telling myself that if i ever got to 200, i would just start starving myself HA! that clearly didn't happen. But i'm happy to say that over the last 6.5 months, i have learned so much about proper nutrition, compassion towards oneself, willpower, and strength. I know now that i am stronger than i believed and i can do any & everything i put my mind to. I'm only halfway to my goal but i feel amazing so i thought i would share :)

    Awesome job chica u started 5 days after me;-) I started Aug 20,2011 and as of today am 83 lbs down..haven't posted side by sides yet but will do once I hit goal weight...how tall r u? I am 5'7.5;) ill add u as a friend u r a great inspiration;)
