Hey everyone! I am a long time diet failure and have been fighting my weight for as long as I can remember. I don't mind working out, the hardest part is getting my *kitten* to the gym. I'm really not too knowledgeable at portions and stuff like that but I'm trying to learn. I'm 1 week into my "starting a healthy lifestyle" attempt # 325 and I would really appreciate any tips to stay on track.

Welcome and GOOD LUCK!! Mainly try to log on everyday and be honest about what you are eating and how much you are moving. It was helpful for me to get the app on my phone so that I can track food while I am out. Feel free to add me as a friend. You can do this!!!!!0
