Calories without the sugars!

I have a hard time of eating all my calories without going way over on my sugar intake...I need help, what should I do!

    Eat Protein....................

    Breads, crackers, all fruits, all veggies, nuts, etc have natural sugars..........

    If you eat anything that is processed, that is more added sugar..................

    After a few days of tracking you should be able to find the culprit and eliminate it from your diet.

    I just started tracking on MFP a couple days ago but have been on this journey since February. I was shocked by my sugar numbers. Just my Special K, 1% milk and 1/2 banana take me over the daily limit. All my other numbers are good. I would suggest you not sweat it too much but check with your doctor to make sure. I've lost weight and feel great, and in the end, that's what matters. GOOD LUCK!
