hi guys! been on here for just over a month, and have lost a stone! did slip up this week and put on for the first time, but im back on track again and looking for more friends for support! feel free to add me :) im from the uk, im 22, and ive got quite a lot of weight to lose... going for a fitness instructors qualification in july and want to have at least another 2 or 3 stone off by then :)
