What type of scale is best?

I have both an analog scale and a digital scale. The digital scale doesn't seem as accurate because it will tell me I weigh a pound heavier/lighter within a few minutes. But the analog scale weighs me in at 6 pounds lighter then the digital. Which one should I use?

What do you think is better? Analog scales or digital scales?

    If the analogue scale gives you the same reading each time you step on it (within a short time frame) then go with that. The actual number is insignificant, it's the loss/gain that matters.

    I love my digital Weight Watcher scale and it is pretty accurate to my doctor's scale. :smile:
