Stress and binging

Hi,
I had been doing really well and feeling successful for the past month, but the last week or so I've been feeling really depressed and, as a result, experiencing lots of cravings and a huge desire to just binge (full disclosure: I have a history of Binge Eating Disorder and Compulsive Eating). I just feel so down and feel like all I do is bring those around me down. I'm seeing a therapist (have been for a year) and that helps somewhat, but it isn't the same as having a friend or loved one support you. A lot of this has to do with our financial situation (my husband is underemployed, not by his choosing) and I feel like when I do talk to him all I do is make him feel pressure and stress which isn't what I want to do. As a result, my inclination is to turn to food, but I dont' want to undo all my hard work!

Any suggestions? I'm kinda in that spot where all I want to do is cry and hide from the world :(
