What is your best "low cal" or "healthy" food find?

Mine is Warburton Thins - 100 calories for the 2 sides and they taste fantastic. Great with cold meat and salad or bacon and tomatoe or whatever.

    For low cal, I guess mine is instant mashed potato. 35 calories for 50g before adding water, which ends up being loads on the plate. They recommend adding milk, too, which is where a lot of the calories come in, but I don't bother.

    It's my go-to food if I've not earned enough calories to have any other potato product in the evening. Usually, I like a skin-on baked potato, but they're upwards of 150 calories for anything worth eating. It's nice to have the back-up option.

    I never had it until it was recommended on here and love it. I also love Spicy Hummus now too.
