I weigh at home and at work every Monday using the elctronic scales that we use on patients. I record the weight from the scale at work.0

I don't own scales other than the Wii Balance board.
Currently, I'm going to the local resource centre as they're doing a 'Biggest Loser' competition. Only that it's private weigh-ins and not public! That's only 12 weeks tho so not sure what I'll do after that, I'm oping they'll do another 12 weeks and I'll just keep going there. My Wii board tells me a different weight, but I figure if I stay with the same scales, at least it's consistent.
Oh, plus I need somebody else there to weigh me so I have extra incentive to make the scales move down!0 -
I weigh in at home on the same scale I've had for a dozen years. Same time every day, too.0

I weigh at home. Every once in a while I'll step on the scale at the gym (it's one of those old school ones they used to have in doctor's offices) out of curiosity but it's always right in line with my digital.0

I weigh at home on my scales about once a fortnight.0

I weigh at the gym on Fridays and Mondays. Monday is my official day, but I'm currently running an experiment to figure out why I seem to lose weight only over the weekend. I do not own a working scale at home and intend to keep it that way. Can you spell obsession? I can. :P0

The scale or your home? :laugh:0 -
I usually weigh in at home every one to two weeks. I'm not too focused on the number I see. I more or less use it to keep myself on track. I base most of my progress of how I look and feel in my clothes and nude. I can already see a bit of difference and I'm only down 7 lbs.0

HOME...no way in hell would I weigh in public unless I am at the Doctor. :laugh:0

i usually weigh in every 1-2 weeks on a digital scale at home and then every couple months i will weigh in on the TANITA scale at the fitness center i work at. it is more acurate and also gives me my body composition (muscle mass, body fat, etc). i get to do this for free but normally there is a fee with it.0

I weigh once a week at My Tops mtg (take off pounds sensibly ) we meet on tuesday nights... also i have the Wii that i do everyday0

It's important to weigh in at the same time, most suggest early morning. I find my home scale is pretty consistent with the ones at the gym or doctor's office, allowing for differences in time of day and dress. If your home scale is not consistent, look into what is available. Also, make sure it's on a level floor.0

To be consistent I weigh myself at home in the morning before heading to the gym. I've weighed myself a few times at the gym when I get there just to confirm the home scale is accurate.
I always laugh when I get weighed at the doctors because it is at a different time of the day and I have all of my clothes, phone, etc. I never count the doctor's weight, one time it was 9 pounds over what I weighed that morning! :^00 -
(( I WEIGH MYSELF AT HOME )) I HATE THE GYM SCALE !!0

I weigh myself at home every morning after I go potty!0
