Hello all,

I am from northern california (bay area) and I am new to this site but not new to the game of calorie counting. I tried another site a few years ago and it was too much work for me. However, I think this site is much more user friendly and I see that there are a lot of trader joe fans on this site, just by the listed foods. I am glad to see that, because trader joes is to die for. lol

I am hoping to lose about 40 pounds, but I know that I have to get the food journaling down, because that is my weakess link. I do exercise 3 days per week and more when I am focused. So wish me well and good luck to all those who are trying just like me to stay focused and on point. I look forward to your support and you can count on me for support as well.
