3 CHEERS! I'm having similar results...not a lot of weight lost, but tons of inches! Watching calorie intake, lots of cardio, and a variety of weight training.0

Thank you for your post it makes me think I really need to take some pictures of myself I already lost 14 and I feel a difference in my clothes and others notice but maybe pics would help me.0

No secrets here
I count calories. Eat a lot more veggies and fruits then I used to. Avoid fast food. I still eat things I enjoy, such as pizza and beer. I weigh ALL my food. Drink lots of water. No sodas.
Work out consists of about an hour of cardio 5-6 days a week. I'm doing weight machines for now. I alternate between legs and arms, every other day.
