What do you put for calories? How do you guesstimate?
I'm taking the classes at Gold's Gym and the classes aren't in the cardio list.

Sorry! I couldn't figure out how to get to this on my phone, so I had to get on the website :P
I ask my instructors and they give me a rough estimate based on my body type.0 -
or.....get yourself a heart rate monitor and use it to calculate the calories burned during the class (that would be the most accurate)
There are also several web sites that have approximations for quite a variety of activities (eg: http://www.nutristrategy.com/activitylist.htm) you may want to look at one of them to see if there's something close to what you're actually doing.0 -
