Anybody done this DVD? What are your thoughts? how was it in comparison to other Jillian Michaels workouts?

    I'm doing it now - only on week 1, day 4. I like it so far! Am looking forward to the next level, though - gets repetitive even after 4 days!

    Sorry I haven't tried the other DVDs, but a lot on mfp have!!

    Results:

    Dropped: 4.2 lbs
    Waist: 2 inches
    Hips: 0.5 inch
    Thighs: 1(L) to 0.5(R) inches
    Arms: 0.75 inches

    Did ripped in 30 for the first time last night....I'd done 2 levels of 30DS (got bored..lol), and it's a lot like that one. I ordered 3 of her videos together. They are nice because they're only around 20 minutes. I love going to the gym though, so I throw in one of her videos here in there on my rest days. I found ripped in 30 a lot like 30ds but without so much jumping (which is hard on my knees anyway).

    Hi there, I'm doing RI30 now also. Up to now I'm not finding it as hard as 30ds but I think that's because when I did that I was starting from scratch from doing no exercise and now I'm a little more used to it. Only tried L1 up to now though so don't know what's in store!

    Banish Fat Boost Metabolism I find is the most difficult although Killer Buns & Thighs is quite tough too!

    Just finished it a week ago. Only lost 6lb in weight but my body was changed by toning. Arms, waist and hips all, in all 6 3/4 inches total!!

    Doing it now! Did 30DS in November, this one seems to be a bit harder. Moved to level 2 last night and it kicked my butt! My husband did it with me (thinking it was going to be easy) and about 10 minutes into it said something like, "holy crap! I thought I was in shape, is it almost over?!". Lol. Good times. I think this one is more intense, she's a little more pushy than in 30DS. Still talks too much....I usually do the video twice and by the 3rd day can mute her and turn the radio on. But so far so good!

    I started this morning! I've done her 30 day shred and love Banish Fat Boost Metabolism and No More Trouble Zones. I bought ripped in 30 a while back but never did more than a day. Going to do it 5 days a week starting today, may keep at a level more than a week (I did when I did 30 day shred) but will move up a level as I feel ready!
