Anyone use a iPhone compatible HRM?

I use my iPhone on all my runs. I'm considering getting a HRM, I'm not sure I want one yet. But I was thinking it might be easier to get something that works with my iPhone, is that possible?

  You can get any of the Nike+ products. They will sync with a Nike+ app that you can download on your iPhone. I love there products. They have a sportwatch that inludes the HRM.
