How often do you update your weight? I just did mine after losing 10 pounds since I first got it. Does that sound god? Or should you do it for every pound you lose?

I update mine everytime I weigh in and I lose weight. I just think the results are more spot on when I finish a workout if I keep it constantly updated with my weight.0

Thanks, that's what I was thinking. I think that's the best way too. I will keep to it now0

I update mine every time I weigh & the weight's changed....I know there's probably not a huge difference between cals burned but it's fairly simple to do on my hrm so i figure why not0

I have my HRM set at my goal weight. I assume that these things will always overestimate calories and this is my way of adjusting. I also subtract ~90cal/hour from my workouts to take into account what I would have burned just sitting there.0
