    Breakfast in a Bowl:
    Here's how I make it:
    2 cups plain greek yogurt
    2 cups fat free cottage cheese
    1/2 cup steel cut oats
    24 whole almonds diced/sliced
    1 tsp vanilla
    1 tsp allspice.
    it comes out to about 255 calories for 1 Cup.
    Makes 4 Cups. Make sure you let it sit overnight to soften the oats.
    It has 27 grams of protein per serving!

    I make a pancake with oats, egg whites, one whole egg, some protein powder, or an eggwhite omlette. If I could get bacon here I'd totally eat bacon
