I have done it all, WW, SW, but I never thought I would love counting calories as much as I do, needed to take control and this app,

does the trick - lost 6.5 lbs in3 days - really pleased.:smile:

    1320 goalplus any exercise - i do about 200 a day so plenty of cals for me. On the go with a toddler so that may help. just hope i stick at it, want to lose weight that has been lingering for far too long. i have given myself this year to acheive my goal.
