    Currently enjoying HIIT on the treadmill and just started weight training. Would like to fit into size 9/10 jeans, run a half marathon, and better my blood pressure. NSV- For my kids to look at my tummy and not say "oooh squishy!" or use my bottom as bongos :D

    So I don't really have a "goal weight". I am naturally slim and just looking to live a more active lifestyle. I'm also interested in being more centered in the moment, especially with eating. My goal is to attend three yoga classes and two cardio classes per week.
