Could be anything from 200kcal to maybe 600kcal, depending on how big the chips are lol.

I had F&C 2 weeks ago and brought half portions. I weighed it before eating and the chips weighed 220g and the calories count was 440 kcal using generic values.

The fish alone would be 300-500 maybe even 600

The chips is where you really add onto it.

Do you know what is even better than fish and chip shop chips?

    McCain's Homefries.

Oh my God they are better than any other oven chips that are baked not fried (I have never been a fan of oven chips) they even taste like they've been triple cooked, saves on a lot of calories too!

Thanks guys, my sister was going to the fish and chip shop and asked if i wanted some chips. Was just wondering how bad they were as opposed to frozen chips. Decided against having some in the end anyway :)
