Hi I'm heather, 1st day on mfp and need some supportive friends with similar goals. I'm 6'3" 215 with a goal of 175.

    Hello, I'm 6'5" started mfp about a month ago weighing 350. Scared to get on the scale until my full month is over. have been doing ok. but need support, especially when it comes to cardio!!!
