Tight calves when running?

It feels like my calves are cramping when I'm on the treadmill. Do I need to do some calf stretches? If so, what would you recommend?

You should always warm up and/or stretch before and after exercise to prevent injury. Standing or seated forward bends will get your calves and hamstrings loose. It's a good idea to also stretch the quads & ankles when you're planning to jog.0

Start off by slow running/walking for 5-10 minutes. Hopefully that should help loosen it up. And always stretch after a run.
I've also found sport massages extremely handy every now and again.0
