Hey all! I feel like I'm in a constant battle with myself sometimes. I'll do really well with eating and working out for a week and then I'll slowly begin to move back into the old routine. It is just hard living with a man, who eats whatever he wants and it's mostly all the foods I LOVE! I'm going to the grocery store tonight and I would love to have some ideas of what I can get for dinners and snacks. Also, any helpful advice would be greatly appreciated. I'm at 156 right now and I want to get down to 140 and it would be nice to lose 10 lbs by May-June! How can I keep myself motivated to continue eating well and working out consistently?!? Thanks

Try setting some near term goals. Maybe just 4 weeks long and stick them on the fridge. A tally chart of 20 workouts perhaps that you tick off one by one, or a weight chart for 5lbs lost that you tick off every weigh in each week. Works for me.0

thats a great idea by doing a checklist of 20 workouts or so, so much more easily acheivable than your ultimate goal loss number. for me anyway!
i'm going grocery shopping tonight and getting
bottled water
fresh string beans
apples/bananas/mango
chicken breasts
ground chicken
ground turkey
nature valley oats & honey bars
yogurt
black beans
egg whites
