Stablity Ball - Do you use one?

I bought one last night and it came with two DVD's of workouts. How can I log those in here? Any idea's? :)

    I was thinking of bringing one to work to use instead of my chair because I read in a magazine you will burn calories just keeping your posture and balance. I know nothing about them though, sorry!

    go to your exercise and put in stability ball workout or whatever the dvds say and if its says "no results found" go to the bottom and you'll see "Can't find your exercise - Add Exercise here" or something like that and then you can add it to the list

    But it won't give me a calorie burn. Plus it's not a thing of how many reps etc. It's a work out video. I wish I knew how many cals I burned.

    Yea..i dunno about that part..either google what the average person burns doing it or get a heart rate monitor so you can see what your actually burning..that the only things i can think of

    I was told the same thing...to use the ball instead of a chair and it will work your core and especially your abs and will help with balance...have I done it yet? NO
