I am going to college this fall, so I need some great microwave recipes. Any quick, simple, and healthy microwave recipes would help me out greatly!

I always love a good bowl of oatmeal. Popcorn is a healthy choice, and there are some healthy soup options too. But other than that, a lot of microwave meals contain huge amounts of sodium. Just be careful

Lean cuisines. they also sell single serving microwavable vegatable trays. Just google "heathly microwave meals" and a lot of recipes come up.

I wish I would have known that a few years ago, that is how I gained a lot of weight when it was my first year in college.
  • I lived on these healthy choices in college. Walmart has them for about $3 a serving, most of the time under 300 calories! And they don't taste like cardboard! <3 The healthy choice steamer baskets are more expensive and taste the same :P
