Start over or continue from where I was?

I haven't done my Power 90 Master Series in over a month due to many things including my mom having gall bladder surgery. Anyhow, I finally got a new DVD player and am ready to start up again. I have been working out at my boot camp, so I'm not totally out of the game, but I'm wondering should I start back at week1 or week8 (where I left off)?

    Don't wanna be a downer... but as a coach :-) I say start overrrrrr. With that long in between, you really want to be able to get the results, right?!

    I'm not familiar with that workout but I would start over and if it seems to easy advance.

    I agree that (as much as it will suck), best is to start at week 1. You might be able to fly through and catch back up pretty quick. But the best and safest is to start at the beginning.You'll do great at catching up. You have the motivation and desire. It won't take long. IMO.
