Salad and rice are nice, filling and not many calories! As long as you avoid drowning it with mayo or the likes then it can make a pretty decent meal! I tend to use it for work lunch and have tuna salad one day and then the rice the next day! you can stick whatever you want in with the rice, I have peas and spring onions.
