You Are Beautiful

Something we on MFP must remember is that we are beautiful no matter where we are in our journey.

You don't attain 'beautiful' status at a size or weight. You are beautiful now. You always have been and always will be.

“For every beauty there is an eye somewhere to see it. For every truth there is an ear somewhere to hear it. For every love there is a heart somewhere to receive it.”

We have to remind ourselves that there is no finish line and no judgement that we can measure our beauty by. No one can compare to us, no one above us or below.

During the counting calories, early morning grumbles at the scales, fear of our new life and fears that we will return to our old one- we have to pay attention to how amazing we are Right Now.

You will not be 'good enough' to love at a smaller size or if you run a marathon. You are beautiful now. You are a living miracle.

The beauty is in our journey, not waiting for us at our destination.
