I have never posted one of these, but seeing as I am now 1 lb away from my goal, I thought I would share.

I didn't have a ton of weight to lose when I started out. I was 156 lbs when I joined MFP, with a goal to weight 140. I made my goal on Christmas Day 2011! From there I decided that I wanted to lose another 5 lbs before I decided to maintain. Looking at these pictures I don;t see a major difference other than in the facial region, but I am still proud of all that I have accomplished!

My next goals are to start a lifting program and become stronger and toner than I am now.

    You can definitely see it in your body too :) Great job! An inspiration to those with 15 or so .lbs to lose :)
