100+++ to lose!

Hi all,

I've been using mfp for about a week now, tracking calories and (trying to!) excercise everyday.

Ive got *well* over 100lbs to lose, but focusing on the first 50 as a milestone.

Decided to check out the boards and it looks like a bunch of friendly supportive people so i figured id give it a shot!

    I know what you mean I am looking setting small milestones but am looking to lose 100 pds as well.

    It's definitely going to be a hard road but I like how MFP makes you think about what you're taking in everyday. Keeps you honest! :)
