Feeling full all day- under 1000 calories

I hope this pastes ok-
This is my food diary for today. I have felt full ALL DAY, and my total calories are under 1,000. I'm not even hungry, but I will still have something else because my net would be under 750 otherwise! Just giving some ideas for filling foods.
Cherry Tomatoes, 5 tomatoes
Cheese - Mozzarella, part skim milk, 0.5 oz
Egg - Egg, 1 Egg
(All-Whites) Egg Whites- - 100% Liquid Egg Whites, 4 tbsp

Lunch
Chobani - Blood Orange Non Fat, 6 oz (170g)
Sabra - Roasted Garlic Hummus, 2 tbsp (28g / 1 oz)
Carrots - Raw, 1 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long)
Strawberries - Raw, 1 cup, halves
Starkist - Chunk Light Tuna In Water 142 g (5 oz), 1 container (112 gs ea.)

Dinner
Fuji - Small Apple, 5 oz
Beef Barley Stew, 1 serving(s)

Snacks
Ghiradelli - Intense Dark Twilight Delight 72% Cacao, 2 squares

You should never eat less then 1200 calories a day. Not healthy.0 -
As I said, I was going to add more food (and did) because I needed to eat more calories. I was just giving examples of things that I eat that are filling.0

I have the same problem cuz I eat stuff like eggs and oatmeal so I purposely eat less filling foods and brings more snacks to bring me up to my appropriate claories
but your post is misleading and people are gunna read it wrong lol0 -
How much are you exercising? If you exercise more, you should feel like you want to eat more. get some fruit. Eat some carbs. Your carbs should be anywhere from 75-125 from what I have seen from people and am trying to do.0
