Breakfast Sandwich
Options
This one is just under 200 cal, tried it this past weekend. Very fast to make, and good if you know its going to be a while before your next snack/meal.
Put 2 pieces of lite bread in the toaster.
Take 1/4 cup of egg white liquid, and put it in a "cereal bowl", you want something somewhat bigger than a ramakin, so you that it can cook faster and its big enough to cover bread.
Microwave this for 40 secs. Then add 1/3 cup of Turkey Sausage Crumbles, and a slice of 2% cheese (i just add this to the bowl, along with some salt/pepper).
Microwave for 20 secs or so.
Once bread comes out, spray with some butter on the "inside" sides of your sandwich (helps to not make it dry)
Use a rubber spatula to slip it down under your egg and slide it out as one piece, right onto your bread.
