Guys
How did your last relationship break up? Did you have a face to face breakup or text, fb, phone breakup- be honest it seems like lots of guys don't believe in confrontation. Just going from my daughters and their friends. Maybe they don't choose right.

Grown "men" do it, too. Frankly, I think if a guy (or girl, for that matter) ends a relationship over the phone, text, or e-mail, you should consider yourself as having dodged a bullet. It shows a weakness of character. The only exception is if it's a long-distance relationship and it simply isn't feasible to see each other in person. In that case, pick up the phone and call. Text and e-mail break-ups are never okay.
But this is what cell phones and social media have done to society. Guys ask women out via text message all the time, and women seem to be putting up with it, so why should they handle break-ups any differently? Personally, I think it's ridiculous, but I have very traditional values when it comes to male/female relationships.0 -
It was phone, initiated by the other party. However, we were able to maintain a friendship and we're both are happily married to other people now so it was supposed to happen.

My 42 year old ER doctor boyfriend did it via text message.
I consider that a blessing in disguise.0 -

I broke it off with the last guy via phone. He worked out of town the last 6 months of our relationship, things started to change, I was positive he was cheating, he said up and down that he wasn't. I broke it off anyway, didn't want the hassle. He tells me two months later that he was going to be a father in four. Apparently he lied about getting his GED too. lol0

i told her face to face that i considered myself single after the way she acted (won't get into details).
she's still been calling and won't let it go after nearly six months. had to tell her over the phone that we were done for a second time. after 12 ignored calls and 2 voicemails left over the course of 60 minutes i blocked her number0 -
Always has been phone0
