I've been eating a lot of proteins, no carbs (or as little as possible), no gluten and banned sugar from my food intake! I eat a lot of veggies, and drink my daily 1.5-2L of water!0 -
I am also followed by a coach, who supervises my food journal every week. My program is called Ideal Protein! My step sister lost 125lbs in 6 months on it, and has maintened ever since!0
