Frying Chicken

It's quick and easy.. is it just the same as grilling/baking chicken? I got chicken cubes instead of breast; I usually wrap the breast in tin foil and put in the oven but dont think I can do the same with 'bits.' Helpppp?

Well depends on how you want to use them, you certainly can do the foil bake it method but they tend to get done way more quickly so to keep them from drying out you can cook them on low heat in a skillet or wrap them in foil and bake them but cut the time to about half.0

I cut my chicken breast into cubes all the time and cook them in a pan with extra virgin olive oil and seasonings. If you mean frying as in olive oil, then go for it. Your body is supposed to have some oil daily from what I heard. Helps with the digestive system.0
