    May I ask what you did to lose it?

    I actually started in the pool, 10 minutes a day -- because that is all I could do. I started learning how to adjust my food, and how I prepared it. And I had to learn about portions. I kept going to the pool until I was up to an hour a day, and then started trying some things on solid ground!!! I couldn't believe it when I actually was able to walk again.

    I learned I take every day one day at a time -- and just focus on what I have to do this day to reach my goal.

    Right now that smile is hard to hide! I can't believe how much this journey is changing me -- and all for the better!!! Thank you so much to all my friends here at MFP -- each of you help add so much strength to my efforts -- and I am so grateful to each of you.
