I've lost 7.5lb in 3 weeks and my calorie allowance is now 1270 instead of 1320. My current weight is 170lb my target is 126lb. I know it's only 50 calories but when I lose another say 15lb does it mean my calorie allowance will lower to approx 1170??? (50 calories less per 7.5lb loss)

At this rate I'll have to up my walking to two hours a day instead of one!!

Yes, it does lower the calorie goal as you lose weight. It's supposed to be every time you lose 10 pounds, but my experience is that it's more random than that. My understanding is that it's never going to set your goal less than 1200, though, so once you get there it will stop going down.

    Yep, it's every 10 lbs.

I've only seen the message twice, mainly because I always messed with my goals before dropping 10.

cool. my daily walking usually gives me an extra 300 calories so if it stops at 1200 i should be ok!
